Oradea is well known for the parks it has in the city, so we did not miss the chance to explore them during the weekend. So we took our maps, bought water, wore our comfortable clothes and went for our walk. And the best thing of all, is that most of the parks are in a close distance from the city centre. So we visited them all by foot and enjoyed our time even more.
1. The park next to the Roman Catholic church.
It is a big park with a lot of benches and small roads were people were riding their bicycles and rollers. We had a big walk there and then we sat and enjoyed the sun.
2. Parcul Ion C. Bratianu
Another grat park to visited is the Parcul Bratianu. This park was equipped with swings, football and basketball courts. Kids were playing, people were jogging or walking with their dogs.
3. The fortress park
The pentagon fortress of Oradea, is located to a really nice park, full of flowers and small ponds.
Actually Oradea has a lot of green, especially next to the river. And being a fun of Nature, i guess that the thing i will miss the most when i leave from Oradea is the green that is has.
