At the afternoon of Wednesday 26 of February a group of Turkish Erasmus students and a mix of Hungarian, Greek and Egyptian staff of the PR department met at the Partium university kitchen (A Hungarian university which geographically lies within the borders of Romania) so it was in the full meaning of the word an International Kitchen.
The Turkish team which made the biggest contribution to the day food menu
They made the most popular plate which I believe was called Biber Dolma with a Patlican salatasi on the side and a yogurt beverage called Ayran and for dessert they made a delight to the tongue called Tarhana Corbasi.
Mari N. Kri the dedicated PR intern from Greece, She made us the famous Greek salad with Rocket which served as a great appetizer and added more color to the table.
Zoltan Gal deputy of The Student Association Of Partium Christian University (PKED)
He made an unpronounceable but yet very tasty Hungarian dish called Specialis Hagymas Krumpli it's also sort of unwritable that's why I had the PR team write it down for me..it's basically baked mix of onions and potatoes with tomato sauce.
The PR Team aka My Current Bosses (This is a very dangerous area)
Emy Sipos and Zsuzsanna Szakacs they made us a Hungarian desert called Túrós Rétes that everyone liked and why wouldn't they, it's a scrumptious dish made by great, smart people who are very good at their jobs and make great choices with their lives and also I feel the need to commend their great efforts to ensure world peace and eradicate hunger and of course their undeniable contributions to science.

Assem Adel (ME)
The young tanned handsome Egyptian stud who traveled across the Sahara desert and fought away the white whales on his sea journey with the power of a thousand pirate to get to this program..OK maybe it wasn't that dramatic but I traveled on the Egyptian airlines and it's very close.
um have I already said handsome?
I didn't cook anything because the ingredients of the only dish I can make was hard to obtain in the Romanian market but I compensated for that by helping everyone else around the kitchen as you can clearly see in the picture.
so many pictures of me and thats the best you found?? haha
