Places to visit in Oradea
Some of our favorite places in Oradea, that all students or tourists should visit while being here are the following:
1. Lotus: Lotus shopping centre is a mall located in the suburbs of Oradea. The mall has approximately 50 shops, some cafes and restaurants, a big supermarket called Carrefour and at the second floor, there is a bowling area and some restaurants like salad bar, sweet shops, Chinese food, pasta & pizza and a place that makes natural fruit juices.

Walking in the parks of Oradea
Oradea is well known for the parks it has in the city, so we did not miss the chance to explore them during the weekend. So we took our maps, bought water, wore our comfortable clothes and went for our walk. And the best thing of all, is that most of the parks are in a close distance from the city centre. So we visited them all by foot and enjoyed our time even more.

Nightlife in Oradea
Oradea's NightLife is basically located in the Black Eagle Palace, which has beautiful architecture and most of the pubs, bars, discos are located there and in its surroundings. Its is the place we visit during the day and the night. So of course, every time we go for partying, the Black Eagle's Palace is one of our first options.

Bathing at Felix
One of the most enjoyable experiences i had in Oradea, was the time when we visited Băile Felix , which is approximatelly 15 minutes away from Oradea by car.
In that area, there are the best known and most quality thermal spas in the country. And the interesting part is that the thermal water the resorts use, is in fact taken from natural springs, that has a soothing affect at the articular and muscular pain.
The resort we visited, had two kind of thermal water pools. One of them was located inside the resort, and included hydromassage, which i loved and stayed most of the time under it.

At the afternoon of Wednesday 26 of February a group of Turkish Erasmus students and a mix of Hungarian, Greek and Egyptian staff of the PR department met at the Partium university kitchen (A Hungarian university which geographically lies within the borders of Romania) so it was in the full meaning of the word an International Kitchen.
